Grass Zen

Grass Zen is a relaxing experience where you control the wind and blow through endless fields of grass. You can also find hidden secrets if you look close enough. So sit back and let the wind take you on a journey!

Features:

• Control the wind and interact with the environment
• 10 secrets to find hidden in the grass
• GPU-based massive grass simulation powered by Wicked Engine
• Endless terrain generation
• Single exe, no install, no dependency, completely portable
• DirectX 12 and Vulkan rendering modes (Vulkan can be enabled with vulkan command line argument)

Controls:

• Fly horizontally: arrows or W,A,S,D
• Fly vertically: Q,E or mouse wheel
• Look around: Right mouse button
• Wind: Left mouse button

Performance:

• Grass Zen requires a strong GPU to run well. If you are having bad performance, try running in windowed mode or click the eye icon to reduce the graphics settings a bit. This will reduce shadow quality and disable anti-aliasing. However, the big grass simulation can be still heavy.

Troubleshooting:

• Ensure that you are using the latest Windows 10 or 11 updates
• Ensure that you are running the latest graphics drivers
• Try using Vulkan graphics by entering vulkan (no - or / required) to the command line arguments in the shortcut settings. The default is DirectX 12 graphics.

Pad version:

• The paid version doesn't contain the "Free version" text as in the demo version. Thank you if you choose to support my work.
