2024 Christmas update

Hello everyone, I’ve made some updates to Wicked Shooter based on some of your feedback and some other additions and improvements!

• added a new shotgun weapon, which has new logic not found in other weapons: minimum spread and multiple shells fired at once
• added sound volume setting which was a requested feature
• added camera movement speed setting which was a requested feature
• removed weapon movement delay when looking around which seemed to be an annoying feature to some users. It can be turned back on inside the script with the rotation_delay_amount variable
• removed mouse smoothing for better aiming
• updated Wicked Engine version to latest (v0.71.638), this adds new base engine improvements
